Just a quick followup on my last post re: Google Calendar and how you can easily organize your home office and virtual team. Two things:
- Google Calendar has a Twitter account - follow them http://twitter.com/googlecalendar
- American Express Open Forum ran an article last month from Mashable on staying organized with Google calendar- for tips like color coding calendars and using tasks read on.
No matter what scheduling interface you choose to use, the point to take away is that no matter how fancy it is, if you don’t use it consistently or forget to share it with your team you calendar is pointless.
